Toronto, March 3-6, 2024
The PDAC 2024 annual convention, the world’s leading convention on mining and exploration, was held from March 3 to 6 in Toronto, Canada. It hosted more than 1,100 exhibitors and 700 speakers.
In this context, the SCRREEN project was also prominently presented by EuroGeoSurveys, arousing a lot of interest among participants. The presentation highlighted the project’s commitment to continue the development of an expert network that will help provide expert advice to support the Commission in policy-making related to critical raw materials. Furthermore, the commitment of SCRREEN experts in improving data and knowledge on all raw materials selected in the CRM 2023 evaluation was highlighted. SCRREEN’s participation was very important for the PDAC which has the function of updating the international panorama in regarding the latest research advances.
The conference featured various specialized sessions, workshops and short courses designed to provide in-depth knowledge and practical skills. It has been a platform for companies to showcase their latest products, services and technologies.
