Cruise around in a cleaner car

Thanks to the platinum group metals (platinum, rhodium and palladium) found in its catalytic converter, this car emits less toxic gases. Its electric model has a rechargeable battery made from cobalt, one of the 27 raw materials classified as ‘critical’ by the European Commission. Half of the world’s cobalt reserves are in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
